Mike is who you will be hiring to perform the service/work you have requested. Mike attended Virginia Tech, after which he worked at a building supply company, a manufacturing company, and a pharmaceutical research company before deciding to run Jones Home Improvement full time. In his free time, Mike enjoys working on his farm, hunting,  and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Virginia performs all behind the scenes work. She is in charge of bookkeeping, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Virginia graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Agricultural Business and Animal Science. She currently works in the Capital Markets Department as a Credit Analyst at a large bank. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, and spending time outdoors.
